Assistant coach Jordyn Pavelka is entering her third season as an assistant coach for the Knights.

Coach Pavelka attended Mid-Plains Community College and played women’s basketball for the Knights in 2021-22.

After graduating from Mid-Plains Community College, she started working at Sutherland High School, getting some coaching experience with the high school girls basketball team from 2022-24.

During this time, she continued her education at Western Governors' University where she received her bachelor’s in 2024 and master’s in Secondary Education for Biology in 2025.

Pavelka returned to North Platte as an assistant coach in 2024 while teaching science at North Platte High School.
